7. Product Return7.1. Paintings are not subject to exchange or return because each one is a unique and exclusive work of art, hand-made using an individual process. We guarantee the high quality of our works and carefully check each product before shipment, eliminating the possibility of damage during transport.7.2. Product returns are possible only in exceptional cases, with the Seller’s consent, if the product has not been used, maintains its original appearance, and has not been damaged after receipt.7.3. Product returns are at the Buyer’s expense, if the product meets the legal requirements for returns.
8. Liability of the Parties8.1. The Seller is not responsible for unauthorized use of the product’s codes after it has been transferred to the Buyer.8.2. The Seller is not liable for the inability to fulfill this contract due to force majeure circumstances.
9. Final Provisions9.1. Any disputes arising in connection with the execution of this Offer shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Poland.9.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this Offer at any time, and such changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.
